• Contributed to team efforts for introducing and implementing a new core system to streamline bank operations.
• Regulated monthly accruals and analysed expenses of other departments which reduced costs by AED 2.3M.
• Maintained month end closures, adjustment entries, trial balance accounts reconciliation, and chart of accounts and oversaw new system implementations and system error rectifications to improve efficiency.

Restructured and consolidated financial statements to reflect IFRS and regulatory procedures and generated monthly MIS cost reports. Performed bank reconciliation statements, produced liquidity fund management reports for sound funds management practices, and maintained company bank accounts. Analysed, verified, and checked revenue and expenses in general ledger and managed fixed asset register. Directed and guided a team of three subordinates to settle monthly revenue and prepared sales incentives for marketing teams on behalf of their performance. Implemented effective costing methods for determining best selling price and mark up that quoted in tenders.
