Coordinate and team up with divisional heads to develop and integrate a culture into the company and encourage financial awareness at all operational levels. Create accurate financial statements and notes in alignment with IFRS and regulatory requirements. Lead thorough analysis of initiatives long-term vision and plans, develop strategic action plans, and generate forecasts, annual budgets, and financial reports.
