Maintenance in Process Plant in milk and jus.

 Control the mechanical maintenance department shift manpower, according to the daily work schedule and overtime requirements.

 Attend all plant breakdowns and provide technical expertise and mechanical engineering support to ensure minimum production down time.

 Respond to production and quality department requirements and needs and assign maintenance activity accordingly.

 Complete mechanical daily shift reports and ensure that all mechanical breakdown and stoppages are correctly reported.

 Co-ordinate with the warehouse for issuance of and receiving inspection of all mechanical materials.

 Monitor, control and maintain all plant services to ensure maximum availability.

 Ensure that all mechanical work is completed according to the plant preventative maintenance system.

1. Maintenance & troubleshooting on different type of m/c of FMCG and PETROLEUM BLENDING PLANT like bottle filler(volumetric, weight.mfg lynx.libra OCME), unscrambler (LANFRANCHI, FAVA), shrink wrapper, stretch wrapper, case sealer(ALTAIR OCME) case packer(mfg KETTNER), master filler, capper, Labeller (mfg.P.E.).
2. Skill in fitting up mechanical components such as mechanical seals, couplings, sprockets,
Chases and bearings in professional manner.
3. I am able to take condition monitoring of equipments, do trouble shooting & able to carry
-out site repair activity. Should have the ability to make decision in case of unplanned
breakdowns.
4. Sound knowledge and application of safety during work.
5. Apply knowledge from Operating manuals, etc to improve equipment performance.
6. Knowledge about diff. types of coupling, such as grid-coupling, spider-coupling, flange -
Coupling, Universal coupling, sprocket coupling, etc…
7. I can draw and understand all types of engineering drawings.
8. I am familiar with different types of measuring instruments such as micrometer, vernier
Caliper, dial Gauge, bore gauge, etc…
9. Process work on 125 tones and 25 tones hydraulic press brake, 75 tones power press.
10. Maintenance on shearing m/c, polishing m/c, different types of drilling m/c
(Such as gang drilling m/c, radial drilling m/c, bench drilling m/c), milling m/c, lathe m/c.
11. As an operator I can operate different type of manufacturing machine like,
a.) Palletizer m/c, shrink wrapping & shrink cutting m/c, bottle filler, unscrambler (FMCG).
b.) End cropper m/c, End facing m/c (PIPE MANUFACTURING).
c.) Milling m/c, Lathe m/c, Slotting m/c, diff.types of drilling m/c Hyd. and Mechanical Press
12. I can drive inside (TOYOTA, LINDE) & outside forklift (JCB-930, 535), LMV vehicles.
13. I can arc welding, argon welding, gas welding (brazing), gas cutting, soldering.
14. I am familiar with to make die punch & jig fixtures as a tool keeper in tool room.

Maintenance of Material handling & transporting conveyor like
• Belt conveyors, Screw conveyors, Chain conveyors, roller conveyors.
Maintenance of Dust collection system such as
• Bag filters, Jet pulse filters, Fans and ducts.
Maintenance of Utility equipments like
• Water pumps such as Centrifugal pumps.
• Compressors such as Screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, etc…
• EOT cranes (2 ton to 30 ton capacity).
1. Maintenance on all types of machineries and running plant systems, (hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and machineries, rotary equipment).
2. Maintenance and overhaul of gearboxes of various types including pinion gearboxes.
3. Different types of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, repairing.
4. Different types of pumps such as centrifugal (vane pump, rotating group) reciprocating pump, positive displacement type (gear pump), and diaphragm pump aligning & repairing.
5. Repairing Hydro test related diff. types of valves such as vent valve, decompression valve,
Non return valve, 3-way valve, butterfly valve, gate valve & ball valve.
6. Hydraulic and pneumatic solenoid valve and lubricators mountings and repairing.
7. Maintenance and overhaul Heat exchanger, fan cooler, chiller plant and actuator.
8. Mounting and repaired Pneumatic spray gun of CNC Numbering machine, hot glue m/c.
9. Trouble shooting of Diesel Generators & HVAC.
10. Maintenance of ERW (H.F.WELDER) pipe manufacturing equipment such as Uncoiler, Slitting, Edge Milling, Cut Off, End Facing, Hydro Tester, Full Body U.T, off line U.T etc.
