• Supervision and monitoring of the implementation of Site-Specific Environmental
Management Plan (SSEMP).
• Checking EMP compliance through daily checklist and site visit observations and to
identity any issues requiring corrective actions by the contractor.

• Supervising and monitoring the third-party Environmental Monitoring at project
site.
