• Managed, lead and follow up the team for the Implementation & Integration for LTE Advance Project including Microwave modernization sites upgradation of links.
• Evaluate the team’s performance Daily progress report DPR of teams and the activities.
• Supervision of LTE Advance (TDD) for Penta-band antenna for second carrier.
• Implementation & Integration of 2G/3G/4G new indoor/outdoor sites and existing sites.
