• Reviewing and checking contract drawings.
• Prier (Pile cap & Pier structure), Slab Top & Bottom), Web (External & Internal) Retaining walls and abutment wall.
• Ericson of steel shuttering & casting.
• Water proofing work at structure
• Planning, implementation and execution of form work, reinforcement and concrete, concrete pour card.
• Maintain and check all type of safety measures.
• Control wastage and improve quality.
• Taking care of planning, material and labour. Work as per drawing, specification and clients requirements.
• Familiar to all materials, specification, and method of application (e.g. types of water proofing, reinforcement, types of expansion joints, concrete repair materials, crack repair materials, and all finishing materials).
• Site supervision & weekly programs.
• Coordinating with consultant & MEP Sub-contractors.
• Report directly to the project manager & with Technical manager.
• Prepare inspection test plan & procedure, request for inspection & other independent testing as per project specifications.
• Monitoring daily inspection request status & ensure approval to consultant.
• Compliance to project quality plan, Drawing, Inspection test plan, site inspection etc.
• Monitoring/Inspection of all civil works activities/Field density for soils, formworks & reinforcement.
• Compliance to all (IAR) Improvement action report, NCR Non conformance report & method of statement.
• Assist & advise the construction team to ensure adherence to drawing, specification usage of materials, method of statement.
• Inspection for post tension calculation/supervision of stressing works, pressure test & grouting for duct profiles.
• To look over the Safety of labors.
