- To lead a group of technicians for maintaining around 500 process gas analyzers, laboratory instruments & gas chromatographs
- Managing and supervising vendor site service engineers, sub contractors and subordinates.
- Ensures coordination with Shift Controller, Asset and Panel Operator regarding Permit to Work - Originator and acceptor, Person in Charge in Worksite (PTW-PICWS).
- Maintenance, Calibration and Trouble Shooting Of all type Of Analyzer And their related Sampling System.
- Performing calibration of the Analyzers conforming to ISO 9001 standard.
- Maintenance and operation of Laboratory Analyzers.
- Maintenance in designing and engineering the Analyzer Pre-Conditioning System, Sample Conditioning System, Rack Layout, Cabinet Layout and Instrument Loop.
- Experience in Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test of Analyzer House, Process Analyzer and Laboratory analyzers.
- Able to recognize the cause of failure in analyzer systems, analyzer houses, troubleshooting of process analyzers & GC's, sample conditioning systems, analyzer system functions via extraction, transport line and automatic switching control system through analyzer output
