• Lead Design & Development of vehicle suspension components for Ford Bronco/Raptor/Ranger, North America
market, components such as front control arms (Upper & lower), ball joints, watts links, and Rear Axle Module
assembly localization project for South America.
• Direct and manage suppliers to deliver designs and manufacture components from concepts, through prototypes,
validation to final off tool components. Guide and support suppliers for the DVP&R (DV/PV), process control plans
and for SREA (Supplier Request for Engineering Approval).
• Lead and develop designs using the Ford specific systems such as WERS (Worldwide Engineering Release
System) and Design guides. Use of reliability tools such as P-Diagrams, Boundary diagrams, Design Failure Mode
and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), SCAFF to demonstrate system compatibility to targets. Track part verification and
demonstrate targets are met using Electronic Ford Design Verification (eFDVS).
• Mechanical design calculations for Control arms, Ball Joints (Taper Joint Calc) and Fasteners Joints.
• Lead regular design reviews and gateway meetings with management to give design status and progress. Follow
Ford GPDS (Global Product Development System) to meet program timing plan and deliverables.
• Build and support launch. Participate in pre-production builds (DCV/TT/PP) in supplier and Ford plants and capture
problems which require part changes and build updates. Use the global 8D system for tracking problems during this
phase and to record steps to close off issues (AIMS).
• Responsible for T6 programs, Bronco, Ranger, Raptor and Everest.

• Preparing & Release technical documents such as service bulletin, Engineering test specifications, drawings, tender
documents, and Maintenance service manuals for Brake components.
• Analyze & resolve any technical issue of train brakes systems for Sydney Metro, 4GT, HCMT & NIF. Experience in
components such as Electro-Pneumatic Brake system, Tripcocks, Isolating valves, Train Master Controller and
BCU (Brake Control Unit).
• Support for projects with regards to commercial, design, quality, and delivery requirement. Ensure that development
programs are scheduled & operational flexibility is maintained.

• Responsible for mechanical subsystem design, development & integration of axles, steering system, brakes,
suspension, wheels & tires, and liquid cooling systems. Build and integration of the Avass electric vehicles.
• Defining the test requirements and validation of the components as per Australian Design Rules and Engineering
standards.
