 Perform inspections and verifications during construction and fabrication activities accordance with requirements of the inspection and test plans and company specifications.
 Review design documents and be fully familiar with all scope of works.
 Provide expertise to site team to avoid / resolve quality problems.
 Provide early warnings of potential quality problems.
 Work closely with construction personnel and advise them of quality requirements.
 Review and approval of QA/QC requirements for red line as constructed drawings.
 Communicate effectively with PID project staff, contractors and any third party.

 Monitor/inspect subcontractor’s and supplier’s procedures, materials, documentation, testing activities and calibration activities.
 Progressive compilation of project data records (manufacturer’s data records).
 Carryout all inspection in conjunction with the discipline engineer.
 Liaise with client’s representatives in relation to standard codes and specifications and project requirements.
 Ensure all manufacturer’s data record sign offs are carried out by all relevant parties progressively and in a timely manner.
