• Maintaining Inventory of all the materials purchased/ returned back from sites
• Maintaining all records pertaining to In & Out of every order released from the Warehouse.
• Coordinated and performed assigned materials management tasks, including: Placing orders with the vendors; Inventory Control; accepting incoming orders; Rotating, Stocking, and maintain inventory.
• Processed and maintained materials management details and files, buy orders, invoices, receivers etc.
• Reconciled and submitted finished, delivered and closed buy orders to the finance dept at the end of fiscal year.
• Handling team of 18+ staff members, Responsible for training staff on Health & Safety, Inventory control & Emergency plans.
• Achieving Warehouse yearly shrinkage target by continuous checking of inventory in timely manner and reporting the discrepancies immediately.
• Responsible for picking, dispatching, cycle count, inspection, quality check of Inventory available in the warehouse.
• Authenticating the goods in the received shipment and marinating note of any discrepancy.
• Responsible for conducting cycle count every week to control Inventory.
• Coordinating the receiving and dispatching of goods with “Partners” and suppliers.
• Organizing the systematic storage of goods.
• Supervising the counting, labeling, and tag allocations.
• Keeping and maintaining accurate records of all the inventory and stock in the warehouse.
• Adhere to all local & country specific laws on warehouse management.
