Key Trust Areas
•Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment, policy & practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, payroll, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral & motivation, culture & attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
•Recruitment of Blue & White collar employees.
•Manage / coordinate all HR functional resources and ensure all functions are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
•Prepare / present reports on the overall performance of the HR Sections HRM, HRD, Legal & Admin to the Management / Board.
•Plan for employee’s performance appraisal, develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development
•Ensure that policies and procedures for various functions within the sections are adhered and documented.
•Recommend & Convince management in appropriate resolution of HR related issues.
•Looking after employee Welfare
•Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory & methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization
•Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers and to maintain contact with outside resources for training.
•Ensure that all the technology needs of the HR department as a whole are identified across the group and the processes are performed efficiently and cost effectively.
•Functional experience in developing, Implementing and training HRMS tools.
•Headed the SAP implementation and post training team for the group.
•Headed the Adrenalin (HRMS) implementation and post training team for the group across GCC.
•Headed the development of an internal HRMS tool for the group called Focal and is being successfully used with extension to other department integration.
HR OPERATIONS:
•Ensure timely Recruitment & deployment of staffs within stipulated period.
•Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures.
•Manage staff holidays, staff attendance and rollout of payroll.
•Ensure proper and on time Visa Processing / renewal / Cancellation
•Ensure timely completion of Training & Payroll related activities.
•Counsel and educate Divisional Managers / Employees with accountability to internal development that is likely to effect the reputation of the organization.
•Negotiating with Insurance companies for staff Health Insurance, Workmen Compensation, Vehicles & Property insurance.
•Supervision of Staff accommodation, Labour Camps & Transportation.
•Ensure statutory requirements like safety related training, vaccination & other certifications for staffs.
•Handling employee grievances & taking appropriate disciplinary actions as required.

•Preparing Annual Training Calendar for corporate office.
•Identifying individual & Organizational training needs- Established a training and development plan.
•Design, implement & periodic review of induction program.
ADMINISTRATION & LIASIONING
• Coordinate internally with all departments to deliver the projects in a timely and satisfactory manner.
•Coordinate with the MEP / IT partners for any infrastructure facility maintenance work.
•Ensure office / Business infrastructure & staff / Labour accommodation facilities in order.
•Renewal of insurance policies & trade licenses.
•Ensure timely maintenance and submission of statutory details.
•Manage company owned and leased vehicles for staffs & other transportation.
