Supervised the management of 55, 000+ trees across 10 shade houses, 10 Green houses and
extensive open growing areas of 1200 acres large scale nursery, covering all stages from
selection and tagging to care & maintenance, inspection, acclimatization, progress tracking.
Executed 690 MIR/WIR inspections through Oracle Aconex, dealing with both local and
internationally procured trees from China, Egypt, Thailand, Spain, and Turkey.
Led contractor (AALICO and TALA) compliance inspections ensuring strict adherence to AECOM
and Diriyah company standards and project BOQ specifications.
Directed tree relocation and nursery operations following DC Public Realm standards. fully
aligned with American Horticultural Society best practices,
Implemented automated irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency, enhance plant health,
and promote sustainable operations.
Oversaw comprehensive maintenance programs and introduced advanced tree support
systems to improve stability, growth quality, and long-term landscape performance.
Execution of public realm development at Heroes & Boulevard Park as per approved drawings

Utilized IKEA CONNECT, PDOC and ECIS to manage orders, shipments and logistics for live
plants.
Managed import of plants from suppliers in Holland, Turkey and China, ensuring
compliance with IKEA and regulatory requirements.
Supervised controlled-environment warehouse storage, including watering schedules, pest
and disease management and daily inspections.
Maintained accurate inventory records and organized trolley loading in 20/40 ft containers
for safe, efficient transport.
Coordinated deliveries to IKEA Riyadh and Dammam stores, resolving quality and delivery
issues as needed. Supervised and trained warehouse staff on best practices in plant
handling and logistics.

Execute Sustainable Agriculture Program to achieve Crop, environmental and social sustainability
Provision of fertilizer & Pesticide, following WHO Guidelines to get desirable quality, productivity
Promote IPM practices across all contracted farms to control pest and disease
Evaluate new technologies to boost production, optimize costs, efficiency, foster resilient agricul
ture Conduct training of field team on Agriculture Labor Practices (ALP) Good Agricultural Prac
