Collaborated with Data Sourcing team within Chief Risk Office (CRO Organization), working on key deliverables like weekly status reporting, steering committee decks & human capital management for a 150 odd resource team.
Role: Functioning as Project Manager involved in;
•Developing positive relationships with internal & external teams to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting of projects.
•Acting as Steward for delivery management JIRA tool & ensuring strict adoption & maintenance on an on-going basis; defining & implementing governance standards across portfolio viz. tracking, monitoring & updating status of project deliverables.
•Creating management reporting & information tailored to the requirements of department & wider bank which supported stakeholder’s decision making; preparing consolidated materials from project reports for key governance forums like OpCo, SteerCo, etc.
•Maintaining processes to ensure management of Human Capital Information; managing the portfolio level benefits register, ensuring all projects delivery benefits are tracked and monitored across releases.
•Monitoring & reporting on progress of projects to stakeholders; supporting & building the common sources of information: SharePoint, OnePPM Clinics, Ad hoc queries, etc.
Scope: Worked with the Global Change Delivery (Transformations) team, working closely with the Global Programme Lead & Change & Implementation Manager on a Global Programme to deploy new versions of Office & migration to Outlook from Lotus Notes globally. Key tasks include Country Engagements, Deployments, Super User & Change Champion trainings, etc. Taken care of weekly status report, risk & issue management, resource management etc.
Role: Acted as PMO in Change and Implementation workstream;
•Involved in scheduling & leading weekly calls with the deployment & IT Workstreams; scheduling meetings with individual countries from change & implementation perspective and engage them for deployment.
•Published weekly status reports and monthly dashboards to senior management; key inputs provided for preparing decks for monthly steer-co meetings and business reviews.
•Ensured the plan was followed & milestones achieved; escalated risks or issues & made sure they were closed in time.
•Forming a formal Change Control process to manage and implement changes
•Creating country-wise Change Champions and Super Users and making sure they are trained on the newly deployed products
•SharePoint Management - loading & maintaining all necessary files at a central level and access management.

•Scheduled & led weekly calls with Global Application Leads; involved in tracking Milestone updates for the application deliveries.
•Published weekly status reports and monthly dashboards to senior management team.
•Involved in preparing decks for monthly steer-co meetings & business reviews; published weekly compliance reports highlighting DUE/OVERDUE counts by Applications; tracking the DUE/OVERDUE issues to completion throughout the week, helping the application managers wherever they needed support
•Prepared weekly summaries & scheduling meetings with the application leads to give them forward-looking view of what’s coming due in future months. Attended local leadership meetings at Center level
