Responsibilities:
 Specializes in recruiting for the pharmaceuticals industry across Middle East Africa region
 Works closely with the Business Manager in delivering all types of assignments, from executive search, retained to contingent projects
 Fully responsible for delivering recruitment process from sourcing, screening/assessing of profiles, shortlisting and interview scheduling, to conducting reference checks and closing candidates
 Regularly meets with clients along with Consultant and/or Business Manager to better understand client needs
 Negotiates salary with both clients and candidates
 Maintains hotlists, candidate data and documents through Bullhorn
 Assists Junior Resourcers with any ad hoc tasks

Key Achievements:
 Highest billing Resourcer (brand resourcing team) across Ransdtad MEA in 2013, 2014, 2015 and YTD, achieving an average of 300% of annual personal budget as of 2015
 Placed numerous positions (of all levels) in various functions such as Commercial/Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Digital Marketing, Medical and Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, Compliance, Government Affairs & Policy, Admin/Support, Finance, etc. across Middle East Africa region
