of H.D.P.E corrugated Pipes (up to 1000 dia), Clay Pipes. (up to 250 dia), P.P.R Pipes.\\\\\\] (up to 160 dia, H.D.P.E Pipes(P-160). (up to 20Knowledge 0 dia), U.P.V.C Pipes. (up to 315 dia), R.T.R.P Pipes for firefighting (up to 150 dia), M.S / G.I Pipes for firefighting (up to 100 dia), c.p.v.c pipe (up to 65 dia), G.R.P Pipes. (up to 315 dia), ABS PIPE (up to 50 dia).
Knowledge of installation hose reel, fire hydrant, fire extinguishers & fire hose cabinets etc.
Knowledge of installation of fire hose cabinet & fire extinguishers.
Knowledge OF Knowledge of High level works of drainage and water supply.
Knowledge of External work.
Knowledge of Sanitary wares and fixture& accessories installation, flushing. chlorination

Installation of Plenum Box, grills, Diffusers, Fire damper, volume control damper, Louvers, Linear Slot Diffuser, Access Panel, Sound Attenuator, etc..
Installation of Fresh Air, Exhaust Air, Smoke Air, supply air duct as per shop drawing.
Selection of all type of air outlets and controls-grills, diffusers, fire damper volume control damper, etc.
Insulation of Ducts with Cloth with applying Foster or Rubber insulation.
Taking Quantity of Duct, FD, VCD, MVCD, FCU, AHU, Split Damper, Etc.
Installation of Motorized damper, Fire damper, Volume control damper, chilled water pipes, all types valves as isolating valve, double regulating valve, temperature gauge, pressure gauge, Strainer and water flow meter. multi stories towers (up to 76 floor), residential and race track, water park, villas, fire stations, police stati
To co-ordinate with relevant contractor departments and inspect all mechanical works to ensure the integrity and standards are met according to the clients stipulations.
Preparing the work schedule and managing the site independently.
Ensure regular and timely response to contractor RFI’s to witness and verify technical inspection and materials testing as required.
Regularly attend Quality meeting and contribute to resolution of quality issues that occurred.
Carry out inspection & certify all necessary inspections during various stages of site activities as per approved inspection and test plan.
No quality (not following as per specification) of work issue makes NCR issues.
To achieve defect free installations and to meet required specification, and get maximum productivity from Contactor and Quality control on mechanical work.
Perform daily inspection based on project specification.
Co-ordinate MEP services with Structure, architecture & other services and Focusing on daily targets and maintaining the daily progress report.
Develop report and maintain communication with all sub-contractors.
Maintaining the records of labors attendance and allocation and Reporting to Superior.
Ensuring the standards of the installed work is in accordance with the technical and quality specification of the content and maintaining high quality standards.
Inspections of the completed sections of work and raising work inspection request for the approval of the consultant.
Material Quantity takes off as per approved drawings. Studying the drawings estimating the quantity of materials required at site and arranging for the same.
Monitoring/checking the material defect/stock levels at site in stores and Supervise & proper guidance to achieve defect free installations and to meet required specification, and get maximum productivity.
Co-ordinate MEP services with Structure, architecture & other services.
Focusing on daily targets and maintaining the daily progress report.
Actively participate in the generation of punch list and snag list, supervision of finishing give quality of work.
Maintenance of all necessary site work related records.
Liaison with the engineers of respective discipline on technical issues that may affect construction methodology and progress.
Closely cooperate health safety meetings with contactor (HSE) and Managing the health and safety issues at site
Maintaining records and archives to company standards
Attending the internal construction meetings.
Supervision & control over manpower.
Guidance as per tender drawings.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (passed out in the year 2002 from K.C.T. Polytechnic, Gulbarga, and Karnataka, India)
