• Maintaining a master Document Control register. Maintaining client & sub-contractors documents.
• Receiving work done report from sub-contractors and updating in log. Keeping scan & hard copies of request and technical documents submitted.
• Preparation of RIW (Request for Inspection of Work) in Prima Vera, Requesting to inspect the completed work.
• Responsible for coordinating with sub-contracts, quality control engineers & consultant.
• Marinating Non-conformance reports & site instruction log (received from consultant), coordinating with related sub-contractors and QC Engineers and following status of NCR’S and site instructions.
• Maintain Log, Hard & scanned copies of Test reports (e.g. soil classification, density reports, compaction test) & sending to relevant zone managers and departments.
• Accountable for implementing and managing the document and records management process during the executing phase of the project.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for department managers in relation to work progress of RIW, NCRS SI received from sub-contractors & consultant and action taken updated status.
• Generating and controlling of all signed documents of quality control procedures (QCP) inspection test plans (ITP), work method statement (WMS) and data book etc.
• Marinating the electronic document management system and ensuring compatibility and alignment with contractors.
• Providing accurate and timely information to the management and continuously seeks to enhance the service provided to the client. Supporting internal controls & proceeds.
• Responsible for scanning of documents for distribution to designated recipients and uploading to primavera contract management system.
• Accountable for maintaining a hard copy reference library for al documentation, acting as a stop shop for quick and easy retrieval for information.
o Making daily Program of RIW (Request of Inspection of Work) like RFI (Request for Information)
for QA/QC Engineers and Inspector for inspection at site
o Summary of daily inspection report (for inspection)
o Correspondence with all zone managers for RIWs as a RFI & etc
o Monthly Report at the end of every month
o Preparation of MIR (Material Inspection Report)

o Daily Pouring Concrete Report QA/QC Dept.

o Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily
o Receive/Log/Scan (Acrobat Format) File and Distribute transmittals, Submittals (Request for Technical Approval)
o Updating the Log in Excel Sheet for all documents received In & Out.
o Handle all departments (Contracts, QS, Technical, Survey, QA/QC, Electro-Mechanical)
o Maintain log of Outstanding actions and expedition records (using Primavera Contract Manager)
o Good knowledge of RIW as a RFI/Submittal cycle. Good knowledge of controlled documents and drawings & working knowledge on Primavera Contract Manager (PCM) & Prolog Manager
o To ensure that all documents are submitted to their predestined departments before the required submission date expires.
o Filling works, to deal with all documents of the project, and to make sure that they are kept at their specific place.
o Handling Submittal System and managing open and Close Status. Tracking Submittal, drawings and approval on document management system. Actively handing day to day activities and logging the documents in Primavera Contract Manager.
o Document Distribution to Engineers & Clients Documents Uploading / Downloading Document Management on Server Updating etc.
o Responsible for maintaining hard copy & soft information
o Presentation and filing of documents and drawings
o Checking Dispatch documents are in accurate way
o Scanning all relevant new documents
