Lead the deployment of the Huawei integrated management system in Germany; achieve third party certification in accordance with ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO/IEC 27001 & OHSAS 18001, according to the EU regional office plan; participate in the alignment of the quality processes and procedures in Huawei Germany with that in the parent organization; conduct internal & subcontractor audits
Manage all formal ISO 65 accreditation obligations; manage and perform internal audits throughout the company and its external offices around the world; manage all quality control activities and the ongoing process of quality improvement; manage all Appeals, Complaints and Allegations Processes; report on the functioning of the quality management system to Senior Management; manage the Quality Improvement System (Mantis); train staff and external partners on the functioning of the QMS; conduct ISO strategy as well as QMS improvement related projects.
Consulting of enterprises on development, implementation and preparation for certification of Management Systems in accordance with the international standards: ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 22000:2005/HACCP and OHSAS 18001:2007. Trainings, presentations, internal audits, business consulting, related to the management processes. Assisting in other consultancy projects related to EU grant schemes.
Involved in Public listed companies internal reviews, assisting the managing consultants in risk management, assisting the marketing team and company's training arm on current business and training needs and learning the working culture of Asia and Malaysia.
Provide customer service by accurately processing a variety of customer transactions; including checking deposits and check cashing, savings withdrawals and deposits and cash and currency requests. Advising them on product decisions and problem resolution.
Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the operations in the company.
A double degree in ‘General Management’ was obtained in January 2008 from St.Petersburg State University of Transport - Russia
