 Business Strategy: Develop, execute and monitor business plan and also developed 5 main strategies for the Oman (Big Game Hunting, Vertical Sales, Network Sales, Petro-chemical, New Product Development).

 Managing Commercial PNL & Board: Achieved to start the new company and also set up the P&L with 5.5 Million USD sales revenue within 2.5 years and growing commercials sales for the organization. Work as Executive Board to run the operation of organization which is not limited to conducting various board meeting as per the requirement of the SAOC (Closed Joint Stock Company). Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain the goals of the board and shareholders)

 Business Development & Budget: Achieved 5.5 Million dollar of business as a scratch startup company. Developed and created a pipeline of customers in various vertical with a pipeline with around 125 million USD. Also managed to train and develop 2 commercial salespersons for the organization.

 Management of Company: Running the general management and overall performance of the business, sales, finance, operation, and overall Daily, strategic and future development of Business . I had 9 staff reporting to me in this company.

 Managing the Freight: Achieved bringing new changes in the team regarding free time, DO collection, waiver in Storage and Demurrages and optimizing freight in consolidation. Engaging more with the Service provider to enhance more cost saving. Managed fulfillment to 23 countries from Jebel Ali. Managed LCL, FCL, Air Freight and Consolidation program from Honk Kong and Singapore for Asia to MENA.

 Business / Operational Guidelines: I must guide, mentor and constantly develop the team. I have a current team of 70 staff in various function. With 3 direct line manager reporting and second tier team of 7 Supervisor and officers. This is my A team which runs the regional freight in UAE and Oman.

 New Process Development: Guide and Delivery continuous improvement with the teams to manage any new changes and migration within the team. Reduced the demurrages of 60% from 8 million AED to 1.8 Million.

 Project Management: Look at potential projects which help the organisation for cost saving and improve the lead time to the process. One such example is the freight/carton optimization project which improved the freight delivered to the Poland market.

 Business Development: Achieved close YoY increase in sales for key customers in the region. Increase revenue and profitability with around 12 to 20 % in margins. Developed and achieved targets in period and yearly numbers. Developed mutli country consolidation services from Singapore to middle east.

 Developing Freight: Develop Freight in terms of FCL, LCL and Consolidation in 19 markets of APLL via own and agency network within the MENA region. Developing Milk run and multi country consolidation in Egypt, Jordan, Kenya, Dubai and South Africa. Developing Buyers consolidation in new markets and working with multi factories to optimize and develop LCL Business with the Network.

 Training & Development: Train and develop new Joinee in company on systems. Conduct refresher training when required. Produce various training needs in order to achieve certain results. Provide and develop new insights with the changing news of works.

 Agency Set-Up & Unification of Service Level: Rolled out 5 new agency locations in Africa region. My role involved approving agency location, setting up the process and systems in place. Also educating on our KPI, System, Culture and ensuring standard operating procedures between the head office along with the agency location. Developing trade lanes and sales engagement.

 Project Lean & LSS: Implemented and achieved 930, 000 USD in 2013 cost saving. Change Agent in the new system roll out for the region for Logistics Super Suite.

 Programme Implementation & Planning: Successfully achieved the rolling of a new programme called the Empty Evacuation for the US Military & SDDC to pull off the Empty Container on 2 major Bases in Afghanistan at Sharana and Kandahar.

 Business Operation: Implemented the process of running a smooth operation with the sub-contracts and SDDC US Military for moving Empty trucks to and off the FOBs for faster clearance of Empty Fill up containers and ensuring we drop the boxes to all the respective shipping lines in Container Yards.

 Business Development and New Avenues of revenue Generation: Made the budget for the current year with 20% growth prospective. Also ensure to get new customers for the warehouse. Studied and development various pipeline of business proposal to generate and increase revenue for the warehouse.

 Regional Sales & Warehouse Opportunity: I got promoted to a Regional role to oversee all the Contract Logistics Opportunity into Saudi, Bahrain and Pakistan. I am responsible to implementing and onboarding new customers in all these countries and ensuring that we keep close tab on running a successful and profitable business in the region.

 Warehouse Operations: Launched & Commissioned 30, 000 Sq Mtrs with 38, 000 Pallets position warehouse, we are the First operators to start commercial operations in this new free zone DWC. I was successful in making sure all legal issues and authorizes provide us the right support to run the warehouse smoothly. 400 Staff.

 Warehouse Supervision: Achieved 98 % warehouse KPI in mere 4 months of starting the operation. Implemented and controlled the whole process, information and financial flow of the warehouse. Started a weekly team meeting with revenue and Budgets review.
