•setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality;
•managing the daily running of the call centre;

•monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance;

•handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries;
•organising staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand;
•coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes;
•forecasting and analysing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis;
•improving performance by raising efficiency and sourcing new equipment to enable this, e.g. new dialling products.

University life opened up a lot of new experiences for me. I joined the Marketing Team which gave students the opportunity to market the university in the real world. I also joined the Drama Club and acted in an independent film that is still in progress but compares university life in the Middle East to Western culture. I was also given the opportunity to be a co-driver in the Jordan Rally 2007; it was the most invigorating experience and I gained a lot of insight from it.

I maintained a B+ average all throughout high school I was involved with many activities. One thing I can say I am most proud of is the fact that I had the chance to tutor younger kids. I helped out in the library assisting the librarian with that extra hand. I love sports. I played on the basketball team and gained a certificate for my outstanding performance. I took the SAT, TOEFL, and IGCSE exams which required me to be very studious and it paid off when I entered an American University.
