- Plan, design & produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits

- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling & sorting information
- Enters customer & account data by inputting alphabetic /numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to the format.
- Verifies entered customer & account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data & purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Tests customer & account system changes & upgrades by inputting new data, reviewing output & maintenance if reports need any changes.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- To provide support to Operation team to meet & sustain client targets by providing accurate & timely analysis on Call Quality by the Call monitoring & evaluation
- Timely feedback & provide a QA coaching to the agents.
- Ensuring implementation of action plan by tracking compliance of corrective actions to monitoring & feedback process by Meeting audit targets & Variance reporting for outliers.
- Ensuring low variation in calibration & continuous improvement in the scores of all quality metrics.
- Working directly for the Commercial Attaché by coordinate Trade Affairs activities & providing overall administrative support while Assist Vice attaché with development & relations
- Provide projects reports & support to team members
- Operate proposals through Planning & executing including the events
- Coordinate consulting as the point-of-contact to the delegation by initiating & finalizing communication with Saudi companies & arranging appointments
- Preparation of all required Database, materials, attachments & Maintain the digital applications related to the mission
- Interacts with Embassy stuff, Belgium's Government Agencies, Saudi Resources, Belgian companies according to assigned tasks
- Managing, planning & executing all work through the Operations Department (Telemarketing, Profiling, Surveys, Invitations, Data entry...etc)
