of non-value adding activities to free up to 1 hour of store time per day, MIS dashboards, CEO snapshot
slides for division review.

• Price Volume Mix analysis- to determine the underlying reasons for sales variances due to price or
volume effects at brand level. Also had setup the PVM cube for the Region AMAC.
• Prepare LTM Deck - (Leadership Team Meeting) Dashboard for the Region CFO every month, that
envisages year to date performance of countries and brands for different key performance indicators
along with providing key commentary and analysis.
• Business Trip (Novartis Campus, Basel, Switzerland) - June 2012- Project Meetings and Discussion
with CFO Region AMAC and Head BPA for Budget 2013 planning and preparation.
• Worked on Budgets 2013-2015 for Region AMAC, prepared financial models & analysis for Income
Statement, Brand P&L and Management Cash Flow to envisage growth drivers, trends & KPI’s, that
was finalized by top management after discussions with respective countries & clusters, received
recognition for same in 2012.
