Lead SMEs, business, manage critical activities in the Digital / Business Transformation to transition, and stabilize the new digital platforms. Play a critical bridge role to connect distributed teams across business, IT and management aligned to the technical teams to support Cutover / Rollout / Hypercare for seamless transition. Core Merchandise Rollout Project: ORACLE: RMS, REIM, RESA, SIH, RPM and SIOCS. BY: WMS, Allocation, Demand, Fulfillment, Pricing Suite; Algonomy Reports (BI)
• Oversees execution of the cutover plans at a Portfolio level and ensure data integrity, process compliance, monitor critical issues for closure and plan, manage and mitigate risks for the transformation program.
• Represent critical interests of the business to achieve operational eficiency throughout transformation and adoption journey.
• Drives inputs to the Business Cutover plan for continuous improvement and ensure a consistent methodology and key Business Governance POC in the planning of the Technical Cutover and Data Migration Plans, identifying risks and issues.
• Accountable for the overall management of the Business Cutover Plans and communicate to all stakeholders.
• Engages Product Directors, BPMs and BPOs to ensure that Cutover and Hypercare plans are robust aligned with other resourcing or other priorities and conflicts and collaborates to manage risks, time and quality to ensure the functional cutover is both eficient and efective.
• Accountable to plan and manage the Cutover/Hypercare Plans and process from a business perspective, along with the Transition and Cutover/Hypercare Manager to develop the overall Hypercare plan for efective running of the Support and Solutions Hub during the Hypercare period.
