In the Purview a commissioned Officer at Sri Lanka Air Force I’m extensively trained to provide leadership and deploy in Military duties, HR and training functions including recruitment, performance appraisal, and general administration of subordinates, besides managing events, projects & programs as required in diverse occurrences.
In addition, the ability to lead and influence across multiple stakeholders and work streams with experience in managing and leading high-level multi-purpose events Further, experience in leading and overall management of day-to-day work to strategic management which aims for the sustainability of the organization.
