• Provides quotation for new orders or enquiry.
• Create Proforma Invoice and order form for Regional customers and Local orders.
• Provide price update for our system on monthly basis.
• Create and update summary for Regional booking orders to submit to Factory.
• Update and create part numbers in the system (Epicor ERP).
• Calculate profitability per customer confirmed order with applicable actual charges.
• Create summary report of Regional booking and orders n monthly basis.
• Update shipment tracking report and shipping documents.
• Email correspondence.
• Follow up confirmed orders for update and payments as per agreed payment terms.
• Providing receipt and Statement of Account.
• Coordinate and update Sales team for price update and actual charges for confirmed orders, and documents needed (e.g. Shipping order, freight charges, letter of credit and shipping documents, International and Local charges).
• Check and update records of Lead price, Crude oil and Rubber on daily basis and calculate the average on monthly basis for pricing purposes.
• Checking availability of product from the system (Epicor) for local sales and reservations.
• Coordinate with sales team for monthly selling price, stocks availability and orders.
• File and retrieve documents, records and reports.

• Creating purchase order and Good receipt note for parts ordered and received.
• Receiving parts shipment, checking quantity and prices as per the invoice.
• Input data in the system for pricing and part numbering.
• Update system for past and slow moving parts.
• File and claim warranty for insufficient and damage parts received.
• Arranging parts by part number and location.
• Arranging booking for shipments and supplying parts to other Dealers in the MENA region.
• Ordering and maintaining availability of consumables material.
• Preparing quotation and estimates for parts replacement.
• Issuing parts according to parts request for replacement.
• Placing order for merchandise and accessories requested by showroom.
• Follow up shipments update.
• Submit non-warranty parts claim and return as service exchange parts.
• Coordinate with Factory and Technician to ensure instruction and concerns of technical issues and vehicle upgrade are well communicated.
• File and retrieved documents, records and reports.

• Coordinating with supplier for product price and availability.
• Follow up shipping company for shipment update.
