Check all requisitions for purchase orders originating from the operating departments during his/her shift and forward the same to the manager for further approval.
Make the purchase order the food, beverage, general items daily basis, weekly basis & Monthly basis.
Good receiving, issuing, stock checking & finalizing. Reject item issued by the supplier if it does not confirm to the defined standard.
Manage the stock levels for the all items as per approved min/max levels.
Manage the temperature all types of goods bar minerals, dry, beverages & equipment.
Responsible for stocking of shelves in stores and transferring food from freezers to fridges.
Ensure all store items are having a reasonable expiry date within municipality guidelines.
Ensure control the storage and issuance of food in a FIFO basis as to minimize waste.
Follow up the purchasing for delivery items on right time to avoid guest complain.
Prepare non-moving and slow moving item list to bring of the Store manager.
Inform to manager for the breakage report, shortage, short expire & expiry items.
Manage the communication system to ensure continuous operation of quality and reliability.
Dealing with all outlet managers, supervisor, chef, an related person regarding their requirement to meet business Targets as per hotel standard.
Will issue food and beverage to all departments, but only where a signed requisition has been submitted.
Ensure all adoc department requirements are supplied as per the department requirement specs & time.
Follow the “clean as you go” policy and keep work area clean at all times.

Manage the computerized telephone board and answer all incoming internal & external calls friendly, politely.
Receive and distribute incoming outgoing internal, external mails and follow-up accordingly.
Manage the day to day routine work& check the staff’s daily attendant task as per roster.
Coordinate with HR department for staff leave plan, absent, and needed information.
Responsible to the other office routine job such as typing systematic filling restore data’s on system.
Symptomatically marinating and ensure the safety of all staff records and other official documents and ensure that the records are current
File all documents as per the departments filing and record keeping system to ensure easy traceability and recovery of documents whenever require.
Make the purchase order the food, beverage, general items, Good receiving, issuing, stock checking & finalizing follow up the FIFO.
To maintain stores according to HACCP standards, hygiene & cleanliness
Follow up the all task related to logistic (shipment arrivals, clearances delivery).
Receiving goods according to the standards established by the hotel.
Verifies all items stated in the Invoice / Delivery Order against the Purchase Order in term of item description, unit of measurement, quantity and price. Visual inspection for all items.
Reports any discrepancies like weight shortages, price variance, unacceptable quality or short-shipped to purchasing officers and Store Manager.
Guarantee that the cooling chain during transport, delivery, storage and final destination is not broken, and check temperatures of the delivery truck
Verifies with the End-user (Executive Chef, Butcher) or Store Manager if uncertain of acceptable quality or quantity.
Keep the receiving area clean as per the hotel standard &.
Ensure that information entered into MC system is accurate; all documents attached to a daily transaction report and delivered to AP Supervisor by 17:00 every working day.
Receiving & quality control over the stock, every month consumption analysis.
Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
