- Lead the LRC RFL program all over Lebanon in liaising with the ICRC (Ensuring the RFL objectives are followed, centralizing the information collected through the Hotline, and ICRC, providing analysis of RFL needs in Lebanon).
- Coordinate RFL activities with the ICRC Protection (RFL) Team.
- Compile all the tracing material collected (through the ICRC trace the face programme) or direct contact with the families
- Responsible for the network of volunteers of RFL, overseeing the organisation of the main RFL in Lebanon and RFL antennas.
- Represent the RFL Office in the National Society (Vs ICRC/Movement/externally) and member of an International Network with all the other Managers of the different National Societies.
- Coach and train the DMU volunteers in Lebanon in the 15 branches in Lebanon on RFL, referral and Tracing.
- Responsible for disseminating the work of the LRC in general and RFL programme in particular in Lebanon.
- Attend meetings with other humanitarian actors, National Societies (from other countries) and ICRC for the purpose of RFL needs assessment in Lebanon and the Region.
- Area Coordinator on the Qatari Red Crescent project in both Bekaa and Tripoli area.
- Supervised and Conducted Capacity building programs at the community level for Community Based Disaster Management and also covered Hazard, Risk, Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment (HRVCA)
- Implemented DRR in refugee camps: building a better resilient community by improving several responding skills such as First Aid skills, Fire safety preparedness, Emergency Family Plan, Evacuation Plan, Hygiene promotion, as well as raising awareness on different types of hazards, how to reduce them and how to respond with the creation of a First Responder Team in every informal settlement.
- Ensured that all project related monitoring, evaluation and progress reporting obligations were being met.
- Participated in the creation of awareness sessions; conduct sessions and trained both the volunteers and the community on DRR.
- Participated in the development of the curriculum and training materials related to Child Protection covering the 4 types of abuse, while adapting the content on children of different ages, parents, caregivers and trainers from different organisations.
- Worked directly with children in need and their families in the community in order to promote, strengthen and develop the potential of parents/carers and their children in order to preventchildren from suffering significant harm.
- Conducted trainings and workshops for children, parents, caregivers animators and external trainers as well as facilitated and monitored trainings conducted by my team to ensure the content and message is being delivered as per himaya’s plan for Child Protection.
- Liaised with schools, governmental bodies, agencies and stakeholders to provide outreach and bigger targets for Child Protection.
- Created awareness and education for people coming in for testing or counselling to increase the understanding of sexually transmitted infections (STI) as well as sexual activity and sexual protection in general.
- Prepared and tested clients for HIV, Hep B-C, while ensuring full privacy and confidentiality.
- Provided psychological first aid and moral support for people tested positive while making relevant referrals for on-going support and post test facilities at MARSA.
- Participated in outreaches and awareness sessions during events, in schools, universities and nightlife venues.
- Took responsibility for the image, branding, and communication of the company.
- Handled the company’s website, different visuals, and events.
- Implemented the branding, visuals, events and exhibition venues of our clients.
- Participated in the design and concept creation of products and furniture.
- Worked with second-year students in Art Direction, Interior Design and Product Design and guided them through their final year project that ends with a live artistic performance in one of Lebanon’s big summer festivals.
- Assessed students’ progress by grading them and advising them through weekly presentations and assignments.
After a Bachelor degree in Art Direction (advertising), I decided to develop my skills further, as the Master's degree helped my communication, marketing, and advertising skills grow.
