-Maintaining user manuals.
-Communicating and negotiating with end users on system related queries and concerns.
-Working as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
-Defining project timelines and follow-up.
-Coordinating back-end operations with development team and project manager.
-Troubleshooting report errors and system bugs with support team and developers.
-Collecting new system change requests from end users and testing them prior to deployment on live environment.
