African & Middle Est Business Development Manager

As the Middle East & African Marketing & Business development, my duty is handling Acibadem Healthcare Group’s marketing, PR and business development in the countries of my region. Develop our corporate long-reun business and build strategies to manage the existing partners while attracting and retaining the new ones, such as ministry of health, hospital managers, clinic managers, physicians and top healthcare leaders, medical tourism companies, healthcare experts any sector decision maker in our targeted countries in order to lead sales, carry out the yearly income and achieve our annual turnover.
• Developing business and designing marketing and public relations projects.
• Establishment of the countries liaison offices and recruiting, training and managing our office representatives as well as workers.
• Managing diverse activities with our partners and countries representatives in order to lead sales, carry out the yearly income and achieve our annual turnover.
• Representing our corporate in national or international events and fair.
• Managing the existing partners while targeting and recruiting the new ones.
• Maintaining and updating the company’s brand style guide and ensure that developed marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines.
• Designing production of promotional literature, direct marketing, TV & outdoors advertising, press releases, digital marketing and others
• Managing, monitoring, and engaging communities on social media platforms on in order to increase brand awareness in these countries
• Working with digital marketing as well as agencies to develop added functionality.
• Managing our outside media agencies including advertisers, third party, printers, designers and photographers to support our marketing communication plan.

Managing & coordinating with our different international French, Arabic or English speaking health tourism agencies or partners as well as organizing their patient’s transactions and operations.

• Targeting them after being indentified
• Negotiating with them in a win- win parnership,
• Objectively educating & orienting them for our both profit,
• Planning together with our partner our future action plan,
• Offering right services for the right partner at the right B2B price.

NB: In some call center (The case of C3) some time their projects are short-time and, that's why we must be able to work from project to project and so on.
