opportunities worth over $30M to assist the New South Wales government
in developing better strategies to identify energy savings.

Assisting in project managing energy audits
- Working with a project officer, I managed client communications,
budgeting and assembling approval packs for energy audits. One of the
projects I worked on was for Globus Group - the company responsible for
manufacturing packaging materials used by Woolworths for their food
products. Our team identified over $68K p.a in energy savings.

Audit ready program

Value Recovery Engineer at Tes
  • Australia - Sydney
  • November 2012 to November 2015

TES provides a one-stop solution for decommissioning and retiring end-of-life
IT equipment

My responsibilities at TESAMM included:
HP Planet Partner technician: Validating and evaluating enterprise grade IT
hardware through end of life programs. Through our efficient work
processes, our team achieved a profit ratio above 85% for the company.

Implementations at Tes-amm
Having seen several areas of improvement for such a rapidly growing
business, I undertook my own initiative outside work hours to help develop
solutions for increased business productivity. Projects included:

Monitoring - LCD panel testing automation program: developed for
TESAMM Australia, improving hardware assessment efficiency whilst
reducing waste. This simple program used to test LCD and LED panels was
devised and once implemented testing times roughly went from 1 minute to
40 seconds per panel - improving testing efficiency by 33%.

TAP Registry - Hardware and spare parts department. Previously using an
excel document to catalog thousands of spare parts. I presented an idea to
Tesamm that I could help develop a complete parts cataloging system. The

engineering student. The layout and function of this program was used as
the foundation of the new system used today.
