Duties:
• Preparing financial reports.

• Downloading software’s and configuring POS machines.

• Following up with merchants.
• Trouble shooting VIA telephone and/or e-mail.
• Visiting merchants.
1- Answering calls for customer inquiries and managing bank duties.
2- Sending emails to the required department, according to the matter of the situation.

Duties:
• In charge of responding to customer calls and inquiries by phone
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
• Manage call traffic
• Representing the organization to customers
• Rout calls to the specialists
• Reply on customer emails
• Deal with complaints or problems
• Give out information required by clients
• Send information required by clients by fax or email
