Organize workshops for important musicians. One of the greatest musicians that I have organized and stayed during the whole work shop was Mr. YoYo Ma the popular Cellist and he gave more than one workshop and I have learned a lot from him in terms of organizational skills from him and his team. I have prepared more than 100 works shops and I have learned from every single session.
Assist and then lecture music appreciation for adults who had no music background; explaining and simplifying operas and where music came from and how musician were influenced by society and their circumstances and how this affected their music…etc.
