Managing client relations to build revenue and ensure smooth operations of client activation's and events
Co-ordination with other internal departments and various external sources for the best possible services to clients
Managing end to end operations and productions for client events and activation's
Talent Management for shoots, promotions and other activation's or events
Co-ordination on event set up and budget handling as per client requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Effective handling of incoming calls to provide support to customer queries and grievances.
• Solely Responsible for managing wedding parties and group orders end to end to ensure smooth flow in the process
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within deadlines and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and have them keep coming back
• To maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Provides key support to overall team operations by planning internal staff meetings, preparing meeting agenda, recording discussions and providing follow up reports.
• researching markets to identify opportunities for events;
• liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements;
• securing and booking a suitable venue or location;
• coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire;
• planning room layouts and the entertainment programme, scheduling workshops and demonstrations;

• preparing delegate packs and papers;
• liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event;
• Liaising with clients and designers to create a brand for the event and organizing the production of tickets, posters, catalogs and sales brochures.

Job Description
Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization.

Work as the main point of contact for clients in the field of Advanced Driving Courses Liaised with the technical department to schedule the Course bookings - Advanced Driving Course.
Prepares Quotation, Invoice & Certificates, and Marketing proposals for Advanced Driving
Provided efficient and responsive service to customers by maintaining an acceptable level of productivity every month.
Reconciliation of Payments for the Advanced Courses.
Attending to Queries, - Email, Telephone and Walk in.
Register the Delegates on System (Orbits).

• Liaise with all internal departments, including venue operations, food and beverages, front of house and security.
• Coordinate with external contractors and facilitators.
• Communicate with vendors, and ensure they understand all show rules and regulations, order services, schedule supervisors, create time lines, and provide on-site support at the event.
• Conduct site surveys and arrange for resources and deliveries of food and beverages.
• Liaise with security team to issue passes for all logistic support staff and external contractors.
