Responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating and expediting through Engineering team the execution of the customer assigned BMS Engineering projects within cost, schedule and contract limitations while ensuring total customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: • Testing and commissioning of the Building Management Systems (Schneider Electric), including controllers selection, Preparation of termination details, Preparation of Graphics, Programming of the DDC controllers, Commissioning of the TAC Vista front end workstation.
• Handle all site Building Automation work from execution to handover phase. Managed all technical aspects of highly complex Building Automation engineering projects including installation and commissioning.
• Execute daily operations of monitoring the work executed by the engineering team at site and prepare completion project reports.
• Supervise monitor and report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion. Attend Project Progress Meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures followed and materials used conform to project specifications and quality standards.
• Work with contract companies and ensuring scheduled completion of projects.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities.
Project Experience: Presently involved in the testing and commissioning of BMS for Ministry of finance, Abu dhabi.
• Tested and commissioned the Chilled water plant for Investigation and drugs building, Al ain.
• Tested and commissioned the BMS system for A3 Tower, JLT, Dubai.
• Tested and commissioned the BMS system for Al Zahra Hospital, Sharjah.
