• Verifying the Design drawings according to Customer requirements, Conducting In process and Final internal inspection as per Inspection checklist, QAP and FAT and offering it to the Customer for final inspection and dispatch clearance.
• Conducting Rework analysis meetings periodically based on the rework given to Design & Production team to minimize errors affecting lead time and overall quality before/during the production stage itself for improving overall efficiency of the Business unit.
• Resolving Customer issues related to quality and giving Onsite support for External Inspections to Final Customer.
• Hands on Experience with L&T, ABB, Schneider LV Switchgear (ACB’s, MCCB’s, MCB, Contactors, relays).
• Preparations of Instruction/Operation Manuals for LV PCC, MCC, Starter Panels etc.
• In house testing of Alarm Monitoring systems, Marine Main Switch Board and allied power & Lighting panels, Motor Control Center (Group Starter Panels), Generators control with PMS (Power Management System), Bow / Stern Thruster control and Monitoring, Auto Synchronizing panels, Emergency D/G controller.

• Complete Cost Estimation of the Project, Preparation of Bill of Materials/Apparatus List for procurement and production.
• Generating detail engineering drawings with schematic diagrams in AutoCAD Electrical 2011.
• Coordinating with the client/consultant and Certifying Class (American Bureau of Shipping, IRS etc) for clarifying comments on approved Drawings.
• Working knowledge of Power Management Systems, Genset Controllers, and Load Sharing Module of Major companies such as Deif Denmark.

• Occasional visits to Shipyards (ABG Shipyard Ltd, Modest infrastructure, Western India Shipyard) for testing and commissioning of Control panels onboard and also for SEA TRIAL of vessels.
• Succesfully completed Comissioning and Sea trials for complete PGD systems supplied on board AHTS vessel in at Sharjah Hamriah Port in 2013.
