• Manage full recruitment cycle for GCC and Africa.
• Prepare job advertisements, web postings in accordance with the organization’s manpower plan.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods and web portals such as Bayt.com, LinkedIn, Gulftalent.com etc.
• Screen, interview & shortlist applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications; summarize CVs for easier evaluation by the Hiring Manager.
• Negotiate, present offer and close selected candidate. Successfully liaise with mobilization and HR teams to ensure the successful onboarding of the candidate.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Overall responsibility for end-to-end recruitment for U.A.E and Qatar.
• Interacting with departmental heads to understand their requirements.
• Advertise in Newspaper, websites and develop the most suitable recruitment and advertising partners, locally and internationally.
• Screening the right sort of profiles, conducting interviews and coordinating recruitment process.
• Arranging interviews - International, face 2 face, video conferencing and telephone interviews.
• Maintain a pool of suitable candidates.
• Prepare periodical recruitment status and activity reports.
• Dealing with local as well as overseas consultants.
• Verification of references, negotiation with candidates.
• Employee induction.
• Assisting Manager in HR functions.
• Preparing timesheet and managing Payroll.
• Appraising performance of employees and coordinate the training programme.
• Design induction program for the new recruits.
• Preparing Employment Contract of new employees and recruitment agreement for manpower agencies.
