RESPONSIBILITIES-:
• To ensure & control the quality deliver to the client for cGMP and GEP products like, HRSO, CSRO, PW Line, Distribution Line, STERILE PLANT, OINTMENT PLANT, SYRUP PLANT, GELATIN PROCESSING PLANT
• To conduct throughout inspection of incoming material to ensure that they meet specification given in purchase order
• To keep Inward report updated with inspection comments
• To check specification of SS sheets assigned for individual project referring approved GAD
• To check dish rolling and shell rolling at developing stage
• To conduct initial fabrication testing as per checklist
• To conduct intermediate inspection to avoid errors
• To conduct DPT and RT for welding inspections
• Final Inspection of vessels as per approved GAD
• To prepare weld log sheet as per welding date and number
• To conduct internal FAT after complete assembly of
• To conduct boroscopy test after orbital welding

RESPONSIBILITIES-:
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are as per client requirement
• To ensure & control the quality deliver to the client for cGMP and GEP products like, STERILE PLANT, BIOREACTOR, OINTMENT PLANT, SYRUP PLANT, GELATIN PROCESSING PLANT
• To inspect Welding & final finishing of Vessels as per cGMP requirements.
• To prepare all technical qualification documents like FAT, CAPA REPORT, QAP, DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ
• To conduct Pre-FAT, Domestic & International FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) as per the approved protocol
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
• Visiting vendors for quality check of equipment before dispatch. Making changes and improvement as required and suggest on how to implement the improvement.
• Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the working strategy and reducing lapse in procedures to maintain excellent quality of work.

RESPONSIBILITIES-:
• Preparing the drawing for the different diameter of REACTORS, PRESSURE VESSELS, NUTCH FILTERS, CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS, BASKET TYPE CENTRIFUGE MACHINE like MANUAL TOP DISCHARGE, LIFTING BAG TYPE, BOTTOM DISCHARGE (use for Hydro Extraction) and other process equipment like, Fluid Bed Drier (FBD), Air Tray Drier (ATD),
• Chemical & physical testing of raw materials.
• Taking drawing approvals from client and sending it to manufacturing unit, interaction with client and clearing their doubts
• To Visit client site to complete commissioning & to fulfill qualification requirement
• Visiting vendors for checking status of given order, conduct final inspection and scheduling dispatch date
• Preparing all technical qualification documentation like, DESING QUALIFICATION (DQ) INSTALLATION QUALIFICATION (IQ) OPERATION QUALIFICATION (OQ) PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION (PQ) and looking after proper authentication and auditing of documentation.
• Support manufacturing unit and client with required drawing, documentation and test certificate.

DESIGNATION-: NDT SUPERVISOR
PERIOD-: 10TH APRIL 2019 TO 18TH JUNE 2019
PROJECT-: BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED, MAHUL VILLAGE.

RESPONSIBILITIES-:
• Preparation of Isometric drawing of piping
• Coordination and Supervising of inspection and testing of piping, elbows by ultrasonic thickness gauge testing (UTG)
• Shutdown/turnaround with specific focus on Rotating & static equipment e.g. heat exchanger, and fin fancooler Vessel etc.
• To stop personnel on site who are seen to be working unsafely or without the appropriate PPE.
