- Work on the tracking tool application to track goods.
- Answer and solve all the customers’ issues or rotate them to the right person to get the best help.
- coordinate with logistic team to make sure all shipment arrived on time.
- Contributed to and participated in team meetings and activities.
- Have a weekly meeting to discuss and solve any new case.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Advise on company information.
