When I was given the position as a General/Technical Manager in Bin Lahej Alumium it was still not clear with the owner about the future of the company and if it would stay producing or no, but as soon a I got the position there was a recognized improvement in the management, departments, relations with the clients and production levels. The company was recognized for its high proficiency in the industrial department in less than three months. The net profit and income was increased in a noticeable way.
I took the responsibilities of review the design before development, preparing document for construction process activities, management and monitoring the construction work, project costing, budget analysis, quality checking of deliverables at each stage and final product.
Maximized cost controls, effectively utilized resources, and diligently coordinated projects to ensure each project was completed within budget, which was well appreciated by the management.
I reviewed and ensured that the contract and regulations documents of projects are as per standards and do not violate any government or legal regulations.
I had excellent communication skill which helped me to communicate and present my points clearly and precisely to members of various levels in the organization namely engineers, contactors and clients.
