When I was given the position as a General/Technical Manager in Bin Lahej Alumium it was still not clear with the owner about the future of the company and if it would stay producing or no, but as soon a I got the position there was a recognized improvement in the management, departments, relations with the clients and production levels. The company was recognized for its high proficiency in the industrial department in less than three months. The net profit and income was increased in a noticeable way.
