- Mechanical building services engineering design from concept design report through to construction and site supervision (which includes HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and N.G. System)according to local utilities, rules, regulations and design guides (British, American and International Standards).
- Prepare specification and Tender Document in accordance with requirements, local regulations and International Standard.
- Follow-up the design with Authority and Developer approval.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers and Electrical Engineers and any other external designs consultants.
- Preparing drawings for drafting in-house CAD team.

- My primary duties as Project Manager-MEP Systems include planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of MEP projects.
- Develop client relations and involvement with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
- Conducts schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplines.
- Manage the staffing, execution of training for personnel plans and distribution of work load to the staffs.
- Project reviews with Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and the Department Manager or Managing Principal.
- Responsible for implementing QA/QC procedures.

- Design review for all HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing works
- Preparation of detailed shop drawings for the above systems.
- Preparation of coordination drawings for MEP services.
- Material takes off for mechanical systems.
- Preparation of material submittals
- Preparation of material requisitions.
- Follow up materials delivery with relevant suppliers.
- Supervise all site mechanical activities.
- Preparation of progress reports
- Ensuring site safety and quality of MEP activities as per contract agreement
