Part of leasing team; leads management and intiate/follow up communication with prospective clients

Assisting new joiners with their training needs by showing how viewings are conducted and training them on the different types of properties available in their designated area
Supervised and assigned duties to cabin crew and ensured all tasks were completed correctly and on time
Ensured all company rules and regulations were followed to keep environment safe for all travellers and employees
Operated as Manager on an Airbus 320/321 aircraft, supervised Business and Economy Class, managed a team of 5 to 7 staff
Took charge of the hospitality of onboard passengers and made sure Etihad standards were exceeded

During flights, provided beverages and food items to passengers and promoted airline products
