Supervision Consultant (GEC) for PWA assigned to project “Roads and Infrastructure in Umm Slal Ali, Um Ebairiya/Village South Um Al Amad & North Bu Feseela - Package 01” (DS143-P01). Project includes roads and infrastructure works, namely: Asphalt works, Road furniture, Traffic Signal, Street Lighting, Microtunneling works for FS & SWD, and other utilities. My role includes but not limited to project management, supervising road works, leading the respective team, coordinating with drainage, utilities, following lean construction, planning team supporting and deputizing SRE in his duties. Project value: $100m.
Sr. Resident Engineer for initiating projects related to Arab Cup/FIFA WC2022 and others:
“RIW in Northern Areas, Phase-5” (NA080), with budget $82m and “RIW in Northern Area (2021)” (NA087), $63m.
“Advance Grading Works in West Umm Slal Mohamed” (NA086), $82m.
Participating and supporting special requirements (pavement activities):
“Roads & Infrastructure in Al Kheesa North & East” (DN071-P02), $247m.
“Design & Build of Roads & Infrastructure and Security System for Development
of Government Building in Southwest of the Country, Qatar” (SA048), $137m.
Also, supporting Core team in several technical, quality, engineering, HR and tender activities. Reporting to the Projects Director.

Corporate head of technical department following up all the technical, design and engineering issues for the roads & infrastructure projects. Providing guidance to the site technical engineers and draftsmen for handling Construction drawings and preparation of shop drawings. Coordinating with project & construction managers to resolve design problems. Liaising with subcontractors, supervision consultants, Ashghal, and other stakeholders regarding pavement, grading, excavation, surface water, foul sewer, street lighting, potable water, traffic signal and all electrical utilities. Reporting to Executive Director.

Project manager for the project “RIW for junctions & Roundabouts in Various Areas for Greater Doha-phase 7” with total budget $50m including Roadworks, Traffic Signals, SWD, Foul Sewer, Microtunneling works and all utilities in Doha. Overall accountability for the project and successfully
delivered on time including delivery of milestones. Liaising with Ashghal, and other stakeholders. Reporting to Operations Manager.

Technical/engineering/design in charge of all company’s projects with total budget $600m. Managing all technical/engineering staff,
directing submission of all engineering submittals including shop drawings and technical submittals, organizing Inspection Requests submissions and
approvals, and ensuring all technical & commercial elements for handing over. Succeeding significant improvement of cost & schedule projects’ indexes after cooperation with project team. Reporting to Director of Engineering & Commercial.

Resident Engineer for the project: “Improvement of Roads surrounding Duhail ISF camp” with total budget of $58m. The project includes full construction of 9km roads with 3 lanes per direction plus service roads, including road furniture, cycling lanes, landscape areas, and surface drainage, foul sewer, microtunneling works, electrical networks, irrigation, and 6 nos. new
traffic signals. In charge of project & construction management, design review for implementation, checking and approving all technical submittals, liaising with Ashghal, Contractor and other Stakeholders. Deputizing SRE on his absence. Reporting to Technical Director.

Consulting about new and existing highways. Design checker, conceptual design of highways, tunnels and bridges. General advice to Directorate of construction and housing (GDCH, Kurdistan, Iraq). Senior Resident engineer for two major highway projects.

Head in transportation department being responsible for the transportation all around municipality, buses, signing, lighting, staff management etc Project manager in Road, utilities and structural projects. Program manager, responsible for public works year's plan of the Municipality. Land surveying, highway design, quantity surveying, BoQ and tender documentation preparation, environmental impact studies, preparing proposals to Mayor about public works, strategy of the Municipality, searching for funds etc
