Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance Programme & Schedule. Also organize maintenance teams with requisite skills for breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and execution of engineering projects in the factory.

 To ensure utilities like Chillers, Boilers, Air Compressor, condensers, Generators, Manufacturing Facility Like, Flour mills, Bakery & Central Kitchen, European Bakery, Cake, Croissant line Manufacturing Facility, Storage warehouse facility and trouble-shooting of all the equipment’s.
 Maintain the warehouse facilities and overseeing the upkeep and working of equipment including HVAC, cold storage and Freezers, Storage areas, conveyor belts and packaging equipment
 Coordinates, assigns, directs, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance schedules. Also very good knowledge in plant schematic drawings.
 Responsible for overall plant and Machinery maintenance and handle the maintenance team in a reputed factory or industry like in Technical Service, Fleet & Facilities Managements, and Energy Management.  Monitoring operations & maintenance procedures to increase the efficiency and energy management ensuring adherence to quality standards through in-routine checks.
 Supervise equipment installations, preventative and emergency maintenance, troubleshoot, fix and repair warehouse equipment such as conveyor belts, tracking and shelving warehouse and cold storage refrigeration equipment, fire sprinkler equipment, warehouse utilities, forklift repair, pallet jacks, loading dock equipment, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, floor sweepers and scrubbers and industrial batteries.
 Planning & implementing effective preventive & corrective maintenance schedule to ensure system reliability and minimize machine down time Very good knowledge and practical experience in maintenance of electrical panels, A.C motor drives, induction motors, contactor relay-panels, PLC panels, hydraulic pneumatic system, Utility like compressors, pumps, chillers etc

Supervises periodic maintenance, servicing and inspection of equipment including central air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems, plumbing fixtures, sewage systems, electrical fixtures and circuitry, pumps, motors, elevators, RO plants, swimming pools, laundry machines, kitchen equipment & machineries, ELVsystems related instruments and controls.

Set ups the planned maintenance program and schedules for all properties. Must compile, publish, implement and measure the planned maintenance plan for all built or installed assets.Establishes corrective and emergency maintenance procedures.Review all facility maintenance contracts/agreements and ensure items and conditions are implemented.

I have 20 years hands on experience in a large modern Food Service processing plant related to maintenance and installation. Also wast experience in a Fully Automated PLC controlled machinery.
