Responsibilities:
• Contract Project Manager for Saudi Aramco Facility Management (Electrical O&M services of 30 Buildings),
• Ensure KPI & SLA are duly adhered,
• Ensure Periodical Reports are submitted.
• Ensure PPM & Reactive maintenance are promptly done.
• Manage Training & Development of the deployed staff,
• Manage hiring and mobilization,
• Ensure Contract delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Head of Projects & Maintenance department for KSA with 100 retail stores (Brands as DKNY, Basicxx, KOTON, ONTIME, Fossil, Trinkets etc) warehouses and HQ office.
• Successfully managed 11 new retail store projects for brands Ontime, DKNY, Triumph, Sergio Rossi, Dona Karan across KSA covering full project cycle of Capex Value SAR 23 Million and achieved Capex savings of 24%.
• Managed DKNY new store project at Terminal 5, Riyadh and Technical point of contact with Airport Authority.
• Successfully installed centralized Double stage evaporative Air cooler for Main Warehouses and achieved Capex savings of SAR 1.1 Million in Value Engineering.
• Established cost saving initiatives in Opex of 1 Million in the first Year.
• Streamlined Civil Defense compliance and license renewals.
• Established Preventive Maintenance Plan for KSA
• Managed maintenance operations across three Regions as Western, Northern & Southern across KSA, covering 67 Hyper Markets and Super Markets, 17 Compounds & a Regional Office.
• Established SOPs for KSA Hypermarkets & Super Markets Maintenance Operations
• Plan and manage all equipment & assets including preventive & reactive maintenance of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting, Generators, CCTV, Plumbing, Electricals etc.
• Ensure that all company facilities within the area are maintained as per maintenance standards, by managing the team according to company standards and regulations.
• Responsible for total facility management service delivery for all the Toyota Showroom (Abdul Lateef Jameel) facilities across KSA.
• Managed total facility management service delivery for Residential compound Facility -J | ONE by Abdul Latif Jameel Land - one of the largest and most ambitious residential developments in Jeddah.
• Directed and oversaw the day-to-day operations of building maintenance activities including planning, organizing, maintaining and managing the operations and reliability of showroom facilities and residential compound facilities.
• Managed overall After Sales & Warranty operations in the company with P&L responsibility;
• Effectively managed the operations assigned to ensure that high standards and operational controls are always actually being maintained.
• Collected and analyzed a variety of complex data and information that were physical work records and converted the data digitally, which established to monitor the performance efficiency of the AC units and failure reduction.
Highlights:
• Established startup of Facilities Management operations in KSA for SureFix FM.
• Selected as one of the top 10 Entrepreneurial companies in KSA by E&Y for three consecutive years.
Responsibilities:
• Provided tailored facility maintenance through preventive and reactive maintenance programs under the contract and on-call maintenance.
• Prepared estimate, quote submittals as well as monthly reports for annual maintenance contracts and on call maintenance.
• Ensured periodic maintenance and repairs on equipment within a facility, and that the facility is clean and orderly at all times.
• Responsible for development, implementation, and periodic review of the preventive and proactive maintenance schedule.
• Monitored and oversaw the work of external contractors to ensure terms of agreements are met and work is completed satisfactorily.
• Managed in the development and administration of site/facility maintenance budget, coordinated the allocation of resources following budget approval, and recommended approval of expenditures.
• Organize, direct and coordinate the activities of Contractors.
• Plan, prioritize, assign and direct the work of technical and clerical Personnel.

• Monitor client satisfaction and communicate issues to the Facilities Manager as appropriate.
• Liaise with suppliers/contractors to ensure that works are carried out in the most efficient manner and at the lowest practical cost.
• Monitor supplier/contractor performance and liaise with Facilities Manager to document instances of non-performance and corrective action taken.
• Ensure all contractors working on site comply with House Rules and other site requirements.
• To raise work orders, complete daily service request and customer queries in its priorities.
• To coordinate with DLP contractor, Owners Association & PMT in accomplishing the above at required.
• Maintain a comprehensive file of all service dockets and records.
• Maintain an afterhour's contact list for all suppliers and contractors.
• Completion of DIC Core Room and MDF Rooms as per EITC requirements including, MDF termination, the integrity test, FM 200 system, SMDB Ups, DB Ups, FECP panel, HVAC control panel erection and commissioning,
• To arrange inspection with EITC for the DIC Core Room & MDF Rooms.
• To co-ordinate with DEWA Inspection and comply with their comments.
• To co-ordinate with the client, consultant and contractor for the above.
• To co-ordinate for inspection request with consultant.
• Material submittals and its follow up.
• Subcontractor payments.
• Co-ordination with consultants & Civil contractors,
• Co-ordination with Plumbing and Mechanical Department
• Installation, Glanding & Termination of MDB, SMDB, DB, etc
• Handling all Electrical Works including Conduiting, Wiring, Glanding, Termination, Meter Board Connections, Testing, Commissioning, etc.
• DLP & Handover management of 31 Buildings in International City.
