• Supervising complete logistics operations right from Proforma/Quotation creation, Order receiving, Production Order Creation, liaising with all internal and external parties involve in final dispatch of the goods.
• Supervising distribution centers operations, inventory management, on time delivery to customers and cost effectiveness.
• Involve with local government agencies for all outbound shipments and coordinating with sea/air/land freight forwarders, customs clearing agent at ports and borders for maintaining the status of all outbound shipments to update customer about order status.

• Arranging freight and services quotations from service providers and finalizing based on merit of services and cost effectiveness.
• Resolving customer complaints and area of concerns related to the distribution by performing required action and ensured that appropriate changes are made to resolve problems faced by customers.
• Foreseeing the quantity, quality and efficiency of the movement of shipments, thereby expediting requisite documentation of the same for tracking movement of goods as per company and local regulations.
• Supervising and monitoring overall activities of the subordinates and providing staff in-house training to improve employee performance and accordingly encouraging teamwork within workforce to assure that set productivity and department KPI targets are met.
• Preparing management reports for pending orders status, on time delivery performance, monthly/quarterly sales forecast.
• Responsible for monitoring accounts comprising of receivable/ payables, LC issues and resolving various other related issues if involved to chart out short and long term strategic goals and objectives with corresponding milestones.

• Reduced significantly overall transportation and freight cost by signing new contract agreements with 3PL/4PL Freight forwarders and service providers.
• Instrumental in changing containers/trailer loading patterns to maximize load ability for cost effectiveness.
