Reporting to the manager, I look after the businesses of Amazon, Academy, Navy Exchange, and Saks Fifth Avenue. My job responsibilities are:
Sales and demand analysis: analysis of sales and forecasting the demand and presentation of the opportunities and risks
Regularly monitoring and generating POs and follow-ups with production and supplier to resolve discrepancies such as product quality, availability, delivery, and other issues
Shipment planning and Inventory management: Servicing regular shipments from 3 PL in the USA, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Timely reporting and pitching insights to all stakeholders.
Addressing conflicts or complaints and resolving issues, welcoming guests, and promoting a harmonious atmosphere.
Practiced in financial activity: setting room rates, establishing budgets, and allocating funds to departments

Dealing frequently with parents, students, and faculty to provide feedback and discuss instructional strategies.
