-Conduct audit for different functional areas and monitor daily activities. -Reasonably ensure the accuracy in financial statements and document the all findings and requirements for various projects.
-Recording of the journal and cash receipts and making required adjustments with matching principle to close the accounts at cut-off date.
-Creation of audit files required for different purposes such as billing control sheet, account numbers.
-Communication with other departments and preparation of reports without crossing the deadline given.
-Reasonably ensures that all the corporate governance and procedures are in compliance with accounting and auditing standards.
-Maintain and supervise the audit trail for various tasks.

-Maintenance of general ledgers and bookkeeping.
-Maintenance of the accounting documents such as proper filing system. -Supervision of the daily bank accounts’ transactions and balances.
-Maintenance of the cashflow of payments and expenditures such as payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements and so on.
-Management of cash and ensure timely payments to suppliers and employees.
-Follow up with customers to ensure payment is received for outstanding credit.
-Reconciliation of monthly bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
