Manage day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, screening and shortlisting the candidates.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Develop training and development programs
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves)
Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
Employee relations, including manage discipline and grievances .
Sourcing candidates that matches desired skills and update our database.
