Job Description:
• Preparation of complete detailed civil and architectural drawing standards.
• Prepares Civil and Architectural drawings as required from detailed sketches, layouts and specific instructions.
Origination, revision, and coordination of architectural drawings and construction
documents; coordination of outside structural, electrical, and mechanical consultants.
• Works closely with Architects, Project Managers, and Job Captains throughout the
conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction document
production phase of projects.
• Preparation of drawings (soft and hard copy), drawing lists and drawing transmittals.
• Providing support in preparation of Tender Documents.
• Providing support in preparation of construction documents and developing details under the supervision of a Project Manager and Project Architect.
• Coordinate with team members to work out client needs and intentions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
