She orchestrates global mobility services to employees/expatriate, lone women/senior/LBGT travelers and while coordinating duty of care protocols for corporations around the world.
Before starting IKG Global Consultant, Iram spearheaded developing the foundational protocols and best practices for the global mobility resources industry. Many companies in this industry are still using those same procedures created by Iram today.
Now, Iram is advocating for a much needed service component associated with global mobile resource service, the Duty of Care. Duty of Care Consulting has joined the IKG’s family of global services. This new service helps Global companies develop a robust preparatory plan for health, safety, security and well-being programs, which protects their employees and their families while travelling or working remotely cross-borders.
