• Generated Oracle Forms and database objects through Designer.
• Managing and updating the Oracle based ERP -VIKAS developed by Alpha Data.
• Performing various queries in SQL and PL/SQL in order to obtain results for the changing demands and requirements of management.
• Creating and changing the design and look of the Forms in the ERP in order to reflect the current market conditions and end user requirements.
• Developing Reports with new parameters and altering them to suit the management needs.
• Modify the code and design to meet the requirements of external audits by various vendors such as HP, DELL etc.
• Manages, coordinates delivery of products, services and solutions to Small and Medium Business customers.
• Manages and coordinates the technical complaint handling process to solve customer concerns/ issues in a prompt and efficient way.
• Follows-up on all delivery related issues and pro-actively reports to account managers about status and potential installation or maintenance concerns.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with customer’s respective organization and maintains integrity with all internal and customer related responsibilities.
• Translates and analyzes technical requirements from proposals and contracts and translates them into specific action plans.

Impart technical knowledge in various computer languages ( C, C++, Oracle Developer track, MS Office Advanced Concepts, MS Access Development, Visual Basic, HTML, JavaScript ) and basic hardware to both corporate clients as well as individual students.
• Monitor the attendance and hours of study for each student.
• Effectively handle class strength of 11 or more students focusing on each individual student at a time for a total span of two hours each.
• Provide feedback and reports to concerned corporate managements.
• Conducts tests and recognize student talents and promoting higher studies based on skills required.
• Handle special tasks such as creation of projects as and when requested by students and management
• Provide ample coaching for certified courses such as ICDL, OCP Developer test series etc.
