Project Management:
• Manage & control project resources to deliver multiple million dollars cross-functional EPC project.
• Participate in various project phases from scope definition, project execution strategies, ITB preparation, Bid Clarifications, Bid Evaluations, Award recommendation, Engineering, Procurements, Construction, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning and Financial closeouts.
• Experience of various types of contracts (FEED/EPDP /EPC) starting from Initiation to closeouts.
• Proven ability to lead project meetings and engendering MOM & effective follow-ups for the closure.
• Project execution with strong stakeholder engagement and high level of communication to multiple levels of the organizations.
Project Planning and Control:
• Lead Project planning & scheduling, progress measurement, earn value management and reporting of mega projects.
• Provide guidance, coaching & assisting to project planning & control and reporting team.
• Develop, review, implement and maintain planning processes, procedures, systems, and tools with monitor compliance.
• Lead planning workshops/meeting to discuss and assist for closing the Planning & Project control issues.
• Track, monitor and forecast Project progress and performing Variance Analysis.
• Monitor & track of project work performance and performing Earn Value Analysis.
• Investigate & analyse project Conflicts/Delays/Changes and its determination to project Scope, Cost and Time baselines.
• Review, challenge and provide recommendation for claims and EOT request.
• Project schedule risk assessments (Qualitative & Quantitative).
• Support to proposal team for preparing proposal schedule, planning & control deliverables.

Project Cost Control:
• Monitor and update project cost incurred / committed and expected cost to completion.
• Cost to completion report preparation and identification of Cost Over run and Savings.
• Preparation, review & validation of progress certificates and progress invoices.
• SAP transactions such Project budget allocation, cost & man-hours bookings, purchase requisitions, payment requests, cost reports etc.
• Estimate & review of Change orders and ensure its approvals
• Develop project cash flows & treasury forecast in line with the project requirement.
• Working Capital Management by Timely invoicing and by ensuring +ve cash-Flows

Project 1:
SABIC Mega Housing project.

Scope: EPC.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Worked as Project control Engineer for project under leadership of Lead-Project Controls.
• Review of EPC project control procedures.
• Review of project WBS, CBS, L1-L4 schedules prepared by EPC.
• Review of monthly project schedule updates.
• Review of EPC invoice & Claims.
• Responsible to ensure effective project execution in adherence to approved project baseline schedule and budget.


Project 2:
IBN Zahr: MTBE & PP DBN Projects.

Scope: FEED & EPC.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Worked as Project control Engineer under leadership of project manager for various project phases starting from Basic Engineering Bidding to EPC closeout.
• Contributed to achieve successful project MC ahead of project baseline schedule.
• Obtain Recognition from EVP-SABIC for contribution in saving of operation loss by optimizing complex Turnaround windows.
• Deputed at EPC Contractor home office (China) for monitoring & control of Engineering & Procurement phase.
• Review & approval of project WBS, CBS, L1-L4, L5 (for TA scope) schedules prepared by EPC.
• Assisting Project manager with forecast to complete, variance and opportunities for improvement
• Actively engaged with project vendors to enhance procurement progress & effective deliveries
• Ensuring project milestones effective completions.

Scope: EPDP (Extended Process Design Package)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Worked as Sr. Engineer, Project controls to lead project planning & control activities.
• Contributed to complete EPDP successfully on time.
• Developing Project initiation deliverable such as project governance structure, project authority schedule (PAS).
• Contributing to finalize project EPDP phase major deliverables Level-2 schedule & Cost estimate (+/- 20%).
• Ensuring EPDP deliverable on time submission by Licensor and approvals by Project management team.
• Review and certification of licensor invoices & claims.

Denim Spinning Unit - Textile Building

• Assigned as a PMC to oversee the restoration of plant.
• Managed planning, execution & Invoice certification of multiple discipline agencies associated with restoration work.

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex: Construction of Utilities & Offsite Facilities (U&O)
